Game won't load

I'm looking for help getting the game to load. I've checked and double checked that my device is compatible. After syncing my device to my itunes account the icon appears in the menu but the game will not load. I have a 3rd generation iPod touch with iOS 3.1.3

We're sorry you are having trouble loading the game. What kind of error are you getting? Is the Hidden Variable logo showing up or will the application not even start?

You may want to try turning off and turning back on your iPod touch, as this sometimes can clear up errors with the application. If that doesn't work, you may want to try re-downloading the game.
